MINIMUM OF QUANTITY: we accept orders higher than €. 100,00 + VAT.
TRANSPORT: Nastrificio Ambrosiano uses different forwarders to despatch the goods. Each order is managed individually according to the category of the items selected; the packaging is prepared carefully in order to protect the goods and the parcel is closed with sellotape.
Forwarders usually take 2 or 3 working days to deliver the goods. Delivery times could be slightly larger because of uncomfortable areas, islands or peak periods connected to festivity and holidays. However we remain at your disposal to inform you about the state of your forwarding. If you have a particular urgency, you are kindly requested to mention it in your order. We will do our best to meet your requirements.
IMPORTANT: it is necessary to specify if the delivery address is different from the customer’s heading. Forwarders despatch the goods from Monday to Friday during the working hours. There must be always someone present who can collect the goods in those times. Please, leave a phone number to give to forwarder to contact you.
TRANSPORT CHARGES – ITALY: the transport charges are €. 9,00 + VAT for deliveries through Italy. This cost will be charged into the invoice. For more than €. 300,00 + VAT orders, it is free of charge. If you want to use your own forwarder, you have to communicate the name, the phone number and your contract number to contact it. In this case, transport charges will not be charged.
TRANSPORT CHARGES – FOREIGN COUNTRIES: For what regards the transport charges abroad, they will be calculated everytime, depending on weight, cbm and distance. In any case we provide to send you a proforma invoice, included the transport charges, and only after your confirmation, it will be possible arrange the payment by Paypal, credit cards or t/t transfer in advance.
Kindly note: it is possible to collect the goods at our office without additional costs, by fixing an appointment from Monday to Friday during the following times: 8.30 – 12.30 / 14.00 – 18.00
T/T TRANSFER: If you choose to pay by t/t transfer you can directly arrange it at your bank or by your online home banking service. Our bank details are the following:

CASH ON DELIVERY: If you collect the goods at our office, it is possible to pay by cash or bank draft only.
